[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit card payments

I had asked to close my Axis Credit card its was not been taken care as after clearing all the outstanding customer care staff is saying to pay the outstanding and also not sharing my statement. I have made Payment of 10644/- on 8 Dec 16, they say money not received so again 10645/- payment was done on 12 dec 16. Now Axis bank is not refunding my amount back. I have shared all the available and valid documents. this service was not accepted from Axis Bank. Kindly help me in this case
