As i have not paid 2 month EMI, due date will be on 7th of Aug, due to some issues i was about pay on 8th of Aug, but the same day i got call from axis bank recovery team they spoke very rude and using very bad slang in local words. They used to talk very bad and personally it hurts much.
Is there any RBI rule to uses very bad slang for non payment of one month or two month ?
Is it crime, if i miss one month payment ?
How fair the recovery team uses such a bad slang words ?
Is this the way to behaves with the customers ?
I'm expecting solution it shouldn't happens for other customers.

They were Speaking inhumanly, and they are lack of morality and they are behind rules and regulations, Its not healthy way to communicate with customer. They frequently calling to my wife and using very bad SLANG WORDS i have all the records, today i was at home and i picked the call and even i was rash towards them and also i spoke with the same pitch.am expecting a APOLOGY CALL from them and please take an action this should not happen for others.
Is there any RBI rule to scold the clients with vulgar words ? even after for late payment conditions ? there names were RAHUL and ROOPA banglore axis card recovery team.
I need an APOLOGY CALL from them, they must regretful acknowledgment of an offence they have done, once i get apology call from them then only i will pay,
if i don't get the apology call from them i would seriously go with legal actions.
