[Resolved]  Axis Bank Credit Card — Refund Amount

Sir/Madam, with reference to the subject cited above I would like to inform you that a cancellation amount of Rs.8796.00 against the domestic airline ticket booked from Guwahati to Kolkata (Jet Airways) and onward from Kolkata Airport to Ahmedabad Airport(IndiGo) for 10th August was refunded by the Make Mytrip to the account of Axis Insta Credit Card ([protected]) against the name of Bornali Sharma, my spouse on 9th August, 2013. Similarly, another amount of Rs.9757.00 for the Domestic airline ticket for Guwahati to Delhi (IndoGo) was also refunded back to the same account as mentioned above on 10th August, 2013 . However, both the refunded amounts are yet to be reflected in the last two credit card statements. In stead of that i had to pay a big amount Rs.18, 553.00 in time against the statement generated against the credit card. The detail of the refund statement from the Make My trip is enclosed herewith for your reference. I expect a prompt reply from your esteemed organisation.
