Agents approaching to customer are worst as well no product knowledge as well not trained in personalised talking to customer no proper information at all by agents named Mr. Manjunath as well senior manager Mr. Balla As I have converted transaction into and executive conformed me a wrong amount for paying the bill because of which my card was in temporary block does not have any trainig giving wrong information for which customer needs to bear the pain as well the customer executive don't know whn and wat verification needed to be done for which customer face problem a lot lack of knowledge communication skills nd worst nd poor service via axis bank as brand reputed banking sector Was this information helpful? | |||
