Chandmari, guwahati - 781003, kamrup assam. But till today i have not received noc. So please provide me noc as early. And due to my medical treatment at Gurgaon, New Delhi for a long time(Medical certificate can be provided) my wife compromise the bill amount with your executive on 10.04.2009. Now my cibil report shows the account was closed. So that I kindly request you to issue a NOC that I will free from this liabilities. Thanking you.
