Dear Sir, My credit card reference no:[protected], As I received a notice from IT department to submit the statements from April 2014 to March 2015, i requested so many times for statement i have not got the statements.They are asking to email and they are sending that your email id is not registered to my register email id.From 20 days iam facing the problem, every time i call the customer care, a new telecaler will receive my call and i have to explain the problem.
