[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Credit card status(CLOSED) is not updated to CIBIL even after paying the requested CIBIL masking amount

I have paid CIBIL masking amount along with complete outstanding amount to axis bank but still my credit card account is not updated as CLOSED. There is no response from bank end when I asked through email.
