Axis Bank — Credit card Written off

Hi I am Jyothi I have cleared all my dues on 20/12/2018 but till now the written off was not removed from my CIBIL I Have applied for a personal loan and the application got rejected because of this credit card written off issue My credit card no. [protected] and my customer id no.[protected] please kindly look into the issue and resolve it.
