Axis Bank — Credit Card : Wrong recovery Calls/ SMSs. | |||
Hi, I have been receiving SMSs and calls on my number [protected] from Axis Bank Credit card department for last 1 month. The problem is that I DO NOT HAVE ANY AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD IN MY NAME. I have tried speaking to their customer care only to get a complaint number and a promise to resolve this issue in 15 working days. I have been following up with mails since then. No resolution has been given to me till now. Please help me in finding out the mail id & contact number of senior most executives of the company to raise the complaint... or arrange to resolve the issue asap.
