[Resolved] Axis Bank — credit to account frozen

Hi, My account details i will provide to axis, i have the issue where i am unable to credit to my salary account which shows credit is frozen to this account. This account is not operated since almost an year but need to transfer the funds so that i can help my family. How solve this issue, i am currently outside india working in bank.
