[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Customer care not responding to call

I called customer care, , firstly they didn't picked the call for almost 1hr, after picking the call the care person disconnected the call . then again i tried calling for another 1 hr, , person picked the call, asked if i am calling from registered phone, i said no then he said type your card number and pin.. after that the care disconnected the call.

I have received message on my registered Mob No. [protected] informing that Rs. 172.50 has been debited from my a/c against as Debit Card Annual charges. kindly look into

Dear Concern,

I just wanted to know why Axis Bank is charging Consolidated charges in my savings a/c - [protected].
I always keep proper balance in my a/c ..even advance balance is there .

There is no intimation given from Bank side .

Why Axis bank is doing this .

What are the reason of the charges ?
