[Resolved] Axis Bank — Customer care representatives cut the call twice | |||||
As I did not get the needed info from the customer care representative because the payment was failed and I was in need of the answer and to prioritize the issue, I asked for their supervisor to talk to. The representatives cut the call. I made 2 calls. My second and third call was dropped by the customer care representatives. I have never seen a worst banking related customer care like Axis bank ever! Was this information helpful? | |||||
