[Resolved] Axis Bank — customer name is spelled wrongly | |
Hi, My account is opened as a salary account in november, 2016. The bank people came to my office for collecting documents for account opening. Somehow they entered my name wrongly as maohana priya instead of mohanapriyaa. Now when i tried to process my visa, they are asking for my bank statement where my name is spelled wrongly. I went to bank twice and filled the correction form. They promised to rectify in two working days. A month is gone, still nothing is changed. Was this information helpful? | |
