[Resolved] Axis Bank — customer service not good but worst | |||||
Hi im Sanjay Murthy S, My number [protected], [protected] I have been trying to register for getting a new credit card and from past 20 days ive got zero response...should submit the credit card application 10 times online to get a call back..and the customer care people have told they would send their executive but again the same thing...No call back...the past week i got a call saying he would send the executive for verification..the guy came and went back saying he didnt have a device and told he would come back tomorrow and no ive tried calling him but no response...AXIS BANK customer service is the Worst i had to go through till date Customer Care Guy Number [protected] Executive guy Number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
