[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Customer support is very bad

So, this incident today 03/09/2022. I went to inquire about Forex cards and the employee didn't bother to greet me and neither of them asked me to sit down and explain what I wanted, instead all they told me was you can do it online through mobile app. This behavior is not acceptable. The manager was kind enough to give basic respect to a customer.
I hope you take actions on these kinds of employees.
This is the Axis Indiranagar branch opposite to Leela Palace
