[Resolved] Axis Bank — Damaged — axis active band | |||
Team, I have received damaged axis active band. Please refund my entire money for same. I have already complained same to the customer care on 20th feb 2017 but after several call to customer care. I have not received any resolution. Every time i call they told me to wait for 3 more days. I am very frustrated with axis customer care and want my entire money refund in my. Bank account. Request no :29074281. & 29204593 Customer name : hari abdesh gupta Axis account no :[protected] Today also on 19 th march they are asking me to wait as back end team is still following up. I am very disappointed from this as no resolution from last 1 month. If not done i will file case against axis bank as this is not now for 1500 rs refund this will be against my mental peace which is disturbed due to axis bank custo Let me know if anything required from my side.
