I have requested couple of DD request using Axis bank online facility iconnect on 13th Nov 2015 which was payable to Bhopal and issues by Bhopal branch (Branch code - 044) (This information I was get from my home branch) Issued DD No - 95918 and 95919. But till now I have not received both DDs to my communication address which was supposed to be delivered within 7 working days the request raised.
I was also contacted to my home branch to get my DD but they also don't have any idea about the DD and they said they are helpless and then I escalated the issue to customer care but they also seems helpless and now I have no idea to whom I suppose to contact to get my DDs.
Due to the delay to deliver my DD I have been forced to delay my visa process and get too much mental stress and harassment from Axis bank staff.
I would like to raise a complaint against Axis bank to not deliver DD to me on the agreed period, have lost my interest amount from 13th November 2015 till date (Which I suppose to get if I would have get if the amount was not deducted from my account) and demanding compensation for the harassment.

I don't want my DD any more but just wondering how my complaint closed with out any information to me.
Very disappointed.
