I want to deactivate below mentioned account number.

Before one or two years ago, i joined one company where bank account was opened with the help of your representative. I want to deactivate this account from last many months. Even i gave them confirmation to deactivate my account. I received 3-4 messages for some payment (1500- fifteen hundered) in regards to not maintaining minimum amount. At the time of opening an account, your representative has not informed me in regards to this. Now asking for money. I visited chandkheda branch, ahmedabad three times but no one is giving me proper response. No one ready to share me any contact number or mail id from that branch. While at the time of opening an account, your representative call us time to time. I feed annoyed for this as they inform me to visit shahibaugh branch (Ahmedabad). Last time, they filled one form and send it to shahibaugh branch, ahmedabad (Main branch). I tried at my level to get the contact number or email id from internet but i not getting any details for the same.
Yesterday, i receive a courier from shahibaugh, branch, mentioning that i need to go there to pay the amount. Why should i pay any amount. I am not going to open any account now with axis bank. I have no time to visit your office time to time for deactivate my account.
Now at the next level, i am going to ask them to pay me 3000 rupees as no one is giving me any contact details of shahibaugh branch, ahmedabad. At chandkheda branch, they provide me numbers but all three numbers does not exits.
