Axis Bank — deactivate one assist and refund money

Today i received a call from axis bank. They told me about Card protection and With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is another service.. So we cant help you.

i want my money back i want deactivate this service. how they can deducted my money without my permission

And so, I want to cancel my subscription and want a refund of the same amount.

I have already registered a complaint and called customer service multiple times. One assist services have said that i don’t have an account although money has been debited from my account. i have not authorised this transaction, this is debit card fraud and i request an immediate refund, I request your company to get back to me as soon as possible with a refund and information about the same
