[Resolved] Axis Bank — Debit card blocked, raised the issue but still not activated | |||
I got the message that my debit card is blocked so i called axis bank coustomer care. The representatvie told me that i have only block the card from my number. I told her that i have not block my card, why will i block my card but she told in the system it was written had i had block the card, she told me to visit near axis bank to activate the card. I went in wakad, pune branch and fill the form to start the card, but still the card is not working... What service does axis bank is giving. Firstly anyone can block anyones card, wow so great no sercuity. Secondly after complaining in branch and going throught process your problem will not be solved... If still your have something for your coustomer... Please slove my issue Was this information helpful? | |||

I had submit the form for account closing of acc. No. [protected] to my home branch Hadapsar on 17/9/2016, then visit the branch 2 times. But concern employee Prem Verma not doing anything and also not answering properly.please look in this matter. And close my above mentioned account.
