I am a senior citizen & I am a cardiac patient, currently COVID setuation not possible to visit at branch.
Secondly, When debited my account nobody ask any documents or any information regarding card or charges.
I hardly use debit card. I don't need debit card upgradation. Kindly cancel the card and refund the amount. Apart that, I never accept consent.
Please do the needful and confirm.Otherwise I am go to consumer court for your wrong charges.
I did not confirmed any type of transaction via ATM & Call. Also Share my Consent for New Debit Card Application. Otherwise pls refund my debit card charges.
