I had an Axis bank debit card. It got lost my debit card ending 5832. I went bank and they advised to block and replace the card on mobile app and I did the same and received a different new card ending 0585. Now, I am using the new card. On feb 7th, 2023, I received a mail that rupees 1178.32 for annual charge for card number xxxx5832. (the old blocked card).
I went to two axis banks and also called customer care thrice, no one helped me to resolve the problem. Everyone pointed me to call customer care or go to bank or vice versa. I even tried communicating with my home branch through call and whatsapp. This is very bad, there is No remedy.
It is really annoying that you have charged annual fee for an old blocked debit card. Again you are not giving any solution through bank neither customer care. There is no feature to complaint option in mobile app too. Kindly revert me without making me again going to bank or call customer care. Was this information helpful? |
