[Resolved]  Axis Bank Debit Card — Error when activating my new card // sorry this card is not authorized for use at this point

Address: 38 A 76 east car street sattankullam 628704

I supposed to get a new debit card by Mar 2020 to my Bangalore address. However due to COVID I have not received it.

Last week I have got my card and tried to activate it over ATM and IVR. But got below error.

sorry this card is not authorized for use at this point...

This is really difficult and frustrating for me to send money to different bank and withdrawing money as I dont have axis bank debit card with me. But unfortunately I am using axis bank as my salary account.
