[Resolved] Axis Bank — Debit card fraud transaction

Someone has done unauthorised transacation on my axis bank debit card on 10 july 2016. I called axis bank customer service same day and open a complain on this issue. My complain is[protected]. It has been 35 days gone, but i am not getting any response from axis bank marathahalli, bangalore. So i request to you please help me to resolve this issue.

We had raised a chargeback via dispute ID:[protected] and the disputed transaction has been rejected by the acquiring Bank. Please write to us at customer.[protected]@axisbank.com or call us on[protected]/[protected] in case you want to re-raise the request in this regard.
