Axis Bank — debit card loan account number required

I want to moratorium my emi. But i dont have my debit card emi ac number.

I have called to customer care department. Not getting good respons.

Not happy with service with axis bank.

Moratorium avail site not working from 1 day.

Not recived any mail from bank about emi statment.

I want my debit card emi number.
