Axis Bank — Debit card not activated | |||
Dear Branch head, I am very sorry to say that service of axis bank is so poor. This is the worst experience i am geeting from any private bank. I have visited to your swastha Vihar, Delhi Branch on 27th april 2015 for reissuing the debit card as the existing card was not readable in the ATMs. The New Insta debit card was issued to me on 29th april 2015 and was committed that it will get linked to my account within two days but till 5th may it is not been linked to my account number due to which all my transaction are stopped. I am complaining the same issue with your customer care but didnt get any response from there also. It is to remind you that no one is that much free that he/she would be visiting to your branch again and again.Hopping that it would be resolved by tomorrow. It has been over a month i have opened my new salary account in axis bank and my debit card is not working yet. I have submitted my documents again to the bank agent as requested but still they haven't managed to get my card working. This is causing me a lot of inconvenience i would request you to solve the problem ASAP. I did not excepted this type of service form axis bank VERY DISAPPOINTED .
