[Resolved] Axis Bank — debit card transaction failed but amount is not refunded yet | |||||
I made a debit card transaction through edc swipe machine, but the transaction got failed due to some issue with swipe machine of merchant. But the amount was actually deducted from my account, when i contact my bank customer care, they requested me to fill a dispute form and asked me to send it their email id and it did the same. It has been 18 days now but still i haven't got my amount refunded. From the customer care i came to know that they will arrange for temporary refund to account but i wont be able to use that amount till the case is closed. This is completely ridicules, if can't use then what is the purpose of doing a temporary refund. I have produced the failed transaction slip as well as merchant edc machine last 10 transaction statement with the complaint. I don't what makes so long for this verification to happen. I am completely frustrated by the response i am receiving from the axis bank of this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Sep 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved there is was no solution provided by the bank, this complaint has been closed without giving any intimation to Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
