[Resolved] Axis Bank — Debit freeze / cheque book delivered / no response by branch

I Nitin Kumar open a current account no. [protected] in the name of Aashi Trading Co. on date 05.11.2016, still i am not receive my welcome kit / cheque book. your branch not response on this matter. Also my account on debit freeze but they are also not look this matter.

I always get messages on my number after any transaction from or to my Axis bank account. But from last 2 days it is not working. As i have deposited a amount an hour ago but didn't received message till now. Kindly look into the same..
