Axis Bank — Debit Freeze of Account without notification and disgusting customer service from the bank

I hold an account in Axis Bank for the past 5months. On 7th Oct when I tried to withdraw the money, I got to know that my account has been debit freeze without any notification. I have been following up with them for past 2 days and have been promised to get it solved in 3-4 hours. The problem is still not solved and now they are syaing that the problem can only be solved by Oct 14, 2015. This is disgusting customer service from the bank. Details are in the attachment signed by the Bank Manager.

I haven't heard anything back from Axis Bank regarding the issue. Though the Bank reactivated the account after 5 days which created a lot of issues. I need to know how to resolve it permanently as I don't trust Axis Bank any more.

I also want a compensation for the 5 days delay and harassment I have gone through without any fault of mine.
