Axis Bank — debit freeze on my account | |||
I have never seen such a poor bank. I have updated all my details pan/aadhar everything is visible if i login through net banking. But you guys have frozen my account mentioning invalid pan. I have been using axis bank account for more than 10 years and updated my pan details long back. But still i am not sure whose pan number you are searching. I can also see from rbi rules the debit freeze can be applied only ever for balance is 5 lakhs or deposit is 2 lakhs. I am not under these two circumstances then. How come you can freeze my account. You guys leave the people who borrow and leave the country. Poke only the middle class people such a poor bank Was this information helpful? | |||

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 02, 2018 ajitdaga's response I am using your Credit Card for more than 5 years. The address on your Credit Card Bill is not correct and the validity of Card is over, thus you are requested to please arrange to send the fresh Credit Card to our office address. | |||
