I satya kolisetty, writing this complaint with deep pain and agony, for not getting a proper redressal for my request/complaint and pain for unnecessarily charging amounts on my credit card.
For the statement period of 19/01 to 18/02 my credit bill for credit card num 4514 **** **** 6413 is inr62239 which is supposed to be paid on or before 09th march.
For which i have made a internet payment of inr 37000 and inr 25000 emi conversion, which rounded to inr62000 and when i see my bill feb bill i'm like clueless for the debit interest charges made levied on my bill of inr 3750 as debit interest charges and 550 for service tax on the same for not fully paying the january bill.
Just for the inr 239 unpaid amount(For the january bill), debit int + service tax of inr 4350 is levied on me. Which is not at all fare.
Later on i came to know that even if 100 rupees is unpaid the interest will be calculated on the whole bill amount.Adding to that the customer service executive advised me lodge a request and has raised a request on behalf of me to the account head, this is made thrice from last month.
All the time i'm requesting executives to raise a complaint and executives giving me a assurance saying it will get reversed sir no worries and just aft 2 days when i call them, they are saying the same word -sorry sir the request has been declined.
Kindly request you to please reverse the debit interest charge and service tax which is 4350 and help me out. Was this information helpful? |
