Axis Bank — Debited my amount twice | |||
I was transferring money through Axis Bank app and due to it's technical glitch, my amount was debited twice. The customer care is not responding properly to transfer my money back. Every time I call, they make me waste about half an hour and cut the call from their end without any confirmation. Ridiculous bank and their services. Now, I'm worried about my 24, 500 which is lost from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
