Hi, my name vasuki nath chaudhary my salary account, my branch bank road gorakhpur uttar pradesh
My account balance deducted -885rs without any information so i request to bank please refund my balance -885
And again when deducted balance then information so please solve my problems and refund my balance
And not deduct balance without any information..

My fd account number is [protected], i surrendered this paper dt 14/05/2018, in my branch, dumdum. motijheel, kolkata, require money for medical treatment. but yet not transfered my rest amount in saving a/c number, for information i have taken loan above fd no so requested to u kindly processing asap

D/Sir, My Axis ASAP S.B.A/c.No.[protected] & IFSC:UTIB0003180 at Link Road, Cuttack, Odisha Branch and I approached the same Bank Authorities with application for "PRIME MINISTER SURAKSHYA BIMA YOJANA" by Auto Debit From My S.B.A/C., But They Refused to accept My application.So I harassed/deprived from above PMSBY. So take necssary action.
