[Resolved] Axis Bank — Deducted 20k from account | |||||
I had scheduled my two NEFT of 3259/ & 16743/- to process on 2nd Jan, but I received SMS from axis (2Jan)that it is failed and please re-initiate. So I did it again (two NEFT) on 3rd morning. Later I received sms that 4 NEFTs are processed. Almost 40k deducted in place of 20k. So I raised a complaint[protected] with axis, they agreed it was due to technical error & they will look into it. Its been 16 days now but no response yet even after multiple followups. Was this information helpful? | |||||
