Axis Bank — Deducted 45000 from saving account for nm

Dear Sir,

When i have opened the account it was informed to me it will be zero balance account now I getting charged monthly and there is ECS return charges on my account..

This is what you guys are playing with the customer life.. i am paying my ECS manualy and when i approached your bank to cancel it they say to visit merchant when i visit merchant they say to approach bank .

I work for advertisement company and this is my hard earn money and now my balance it showing negative balance.. and i had recived payment of rs 75000 from which 45000 got debited and adjusted against the ecs return charges and NMC charges..

I visited to my branch (goregoun west) meet to branch head he is pass me to branch manager but he was pass me to operation manager i submitted request latter to branch manager and visited 3 times already and today again they told me to come 22th Nov 2021

This is my 3 month hard work labour charges money how can i adjust this charges in my money cycle?? & i already loss my job during COVID 19 after lockdown open this was 1st job and after 3 month payment of rs 75000/-
