[Resolved]  Axis Bank — deducting money from account unnecessarily

I am currently out of india and axis bank has put my account credit frozen status, which stops me from putting money in account. They have been deducting 400 rs. Every month from my account.

On contacting the customer care, they asked me to come to branch. Even after telling them i am not present in india.

Please resolve the matter and refund the amount that you have been deducting every month.
