[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Deducting Money from the account without informing

I am holding a account of Axis bank from last 9years. While opening the account it was told to me that its a zero balance account, and there are no other charges attached to it .But I saw that they were deducting 750 from account twice and even th ey charged service tax on it . without informing me . after complaing they told me previously it was zero bal but now the minimum balance should be 10, 000. Which they did not convyed before deducting the amount. They are making money without informing the customer. I have raised several complains regarding this but no one is respon ding to it . I advise not to open or do any transaction by Axis Bank.
