[Resolved]  Axis Bank — deduction of dp charges

Address:Flat No G 2, gateway residency, 2813/14, B ward, Belbag, Kolhapur, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, 416012

I have paid lumpsum amount of rs 6500 one time charges for ten years while ipening demat account in axis bank. Still from time to time consolidated dp charges are cut from my saving bank account. I made a online complaint by email. Part of the charges are reverted back to my account. Again yesterday rs 287.28have been cut from my account. This is repeatedly happening almost every month. Amount deducted varies every time and i don't understand how it is calculated and why it is charged.

I made a reservation through IRCTC portal using Axis card Debit card payment option. The transaction status says that "PENDING FROM BANK END" within the IRCTC portal. What should be my next step? Should I make a new reservation or wait for IRCTC to confirm the transaction?

My a/c 506137(last digit) debited with 10000 on 31 July at 18:53(PSB) cash ATM BD132201. Transaction was cancelled but money didn't received.the balance was ATM screen shows not able to withdraw. please grace me to get back my dedication balance as soon as possible.
