Axis Bank — Deduction of inr 744 without even informing | |||||
Hi, i hold salary account with axis bank. I have never used and is not even aware of when my demat account was activated. Today it came to my notice that they have deducted 744 rs stating consolidated dp charges. What i would like to understand is why this nonsense happened and who gave thwm the consent to do so. I would like to check that document on which they have my consent. Before this happened i was satisfied and always told each one about their good service and customer centricity but after seeing so many complaints i velieve they seriuosly did something wrong with all the customers.
