Hi,
recently on 6th of april i got a message from axis bank regarding deduction of 885 rs from my bank account as some Axis direct charge which i didn't initiated neither i know about Axis direct...there customer service is very pathetic..
when i complaint about that through mail(i.e. [protected]@axisdirect.in) they asked me to share registered mail even when i was sending mail from registered mail id also they are asking me Demat account number .. since i did not initiated the charges and i also do not have any demat account how can i share... they are replying same to every mail i sent may be computer generated mail to mail them from registered mail and provide the Demat account.
i request axis bank to refund my hard earned money.. Was this information helpful? |
