Hello sir,
I undersigned, prashant h dhage, hold an home loan account with axis bank. My loan account number is phr[protected].
On 24th april 2017 i visited kharadi branch, and made request to change my loan to mclr rate. The request number for the same is 11163521. I was promised that the request will be processed within 7 working days.
But the request is still not processed till date.
On 3rd may 2017, when i called axis bank customer care to inquire about the same, the customer representative told me that there has been a small mistake from branch representative & i need to walk back to kharadi branch for taking my request ahead.
On 4th may 2017, i visited kharadi branch again. When i asked the branch representative on my status, then she told me that it is still in process.
When i asked for the reason for delay i got answers like —
— technical issue,
— the approver is on leave,
— there are appraisal going.
When i asked about when would my request get processed then the representative said that in next 3-5 days but they cannot commit on it.
I would like to know that if the bank has appraisals, or the approver is on leave or if there is any other unfortunate incident with the approver, why should the customer bear the consequences of it? These are highly pathetic answers as it's unpractical.
Because of the service request being delayed, i have to bear financial loss as i have to un-necessary pay loan on higher interest rate.
When i told the representative that i will escalate the issue, then the representative's attitude is unprofessional. The representative doesn't care about escalation & doesn't have sense have a sense of ownership of the task.
I've no idea when will my request get processed.
