[Resolved]  Axis Bank — delay in setting up internet banking and new account

A new estate account was opened at the mg road branch - process commenced on 09 march 2019 - till today internet banking setup had not been completed and all accounts cannot be viewed - branch manager and nri relationships mgr cannot resolve - i live in new zealand and need urgent assistance to view all accounts - please advise - can be contacted on +[protected]
