Axis Bank — Demanding Masking Amount to Close my Credit Card Account, despite paying all dues and NOC issued

I had the credit card of 25, 000 limit back in between[protected]. Which i never swiped not even once. So i had to pay the annual fees and their was a delay of few days. Axis Bank got to track of these delayed payment and since then they never updated CIBIL about the closure of my credit card. Right this day in 2023, they are still sending the same data of delayed payment. When checked with the bank, they asked me to pay the masking amount to close the account from CIBIL, AXIS BANK is a FRAUD BANK they loot money to provide correct information. My quest is why do i have to pay to AXIS when i haven't even swiped the card once.

BEWARE OF THIS BANK, they literally manipulate you to PAY to close your unused account even after clearing all your dues. ESPECIALLY AXIS BANK does these kind of Cheating .

Because i have got to close other Bank accounts and the loan accounts smoothy but not AXIS.
I haven't heard of this information and ONLY & ONLY AXIS does this.
