Sub: Cancellation of Demat Account

Dear Sir,

This is for your kind notice that I have a salary Account. When I opened the salary account by my employer that time axis bank guy told me that we are giving Axis Direct Account tagged with this account free. Already I told them that Axis Direct Account do not use for me but they opened Axis Demat account which, is not useful for me, Please close my Demat account as soon as possible.. Pl Don't disturb with my mobile. My Customer Id :[protected] and my Axis direct account no : 1440888 and Axis demat account no . : 24932069.

Please do the needful and reply as soon as possible.
