[Resolved] Axis Bank — Dishonour of Demand Draft given | |||
I have been Given an "Unsigned" draft deliberately because the amount is low. Not replying to the email correspondence regarding actions needed to correct the same. Axis bank cusotmer care mail bounces while registering complaint, saying email id is not registered. Dedicated Relatioinship manager Souvik Tarafdar mocks as the amount of draft is low. Mailed to nodal officer as per suggestion of customer care(on Phone), but he also does not reply. Sent a reminder mail too sighting my helplessness in such a scenario and no other option than customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
