Axis Bank — dispute 2000 rs

I sent 5000 Rs axis bank to Paytm account in 2000, 2000, 1000 three transactions had been done but in my Paytm wallet I got only 3000 .Means I can see in only two trascation ovhere there so I getting dif.of 2000.

I ask to Paytm customer care they told this transaction was not completed by axis bank side so please reach out to them.
