[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Dispute regarding reversal of amount rs.4000 in my prepaid smart pay card

This is for your information that on 11.06.2017 at about 10.35pm i visit axis bank atm, model town jalandhar, punjab branch for withdrawing cash from my smart pay card no.-[protected] but due to insufficient cash in atm cash had not been withdrawn but it was deducted from my account.

Request you to please reversal my amount of rs.4000 in my account.
Regarding this matter i had mail the subject matter to prepaid. [protected]@axisbank.com but no response is received till date.
Also no positive response has been given by customer care executives.
Please lodge my compliant & request for refund of my amount of rs.4000/- at the earliest.

Sir, my credit card address is change. So how to solve this problem. I am previously worked chennai, but currently working madurai, because change the address for madurai in axix credit card.
