[Resolved] Axis Bank — doing totally fraud once providing cash back later on debit that by reversal | |||
Hi I am customer of axis bank from past three years and also am using axis bank my zone credit card on that there s a scheme of cash back on that and i got a last cash back in the month of april now in the month of november am getting a transaction in dr of amunt 130 as a reversal of cash back and when i called to the bank they are telling me that there is a technical issue and due to that they provide me an extra cash back in the month of may so my question is if there is a technical issue of error from your end who is responsible for that and if you made an error in the month of april why dont u guys late me know regarding that in the month of april or may how could you guys charge a amount of 130 in the month of november without even letting me know this is totally fraud which was done by bank and i cant trust you guys any more if you are making an error and after that you are just putting an transaction record without telling anything to me and which kind of work you are guys doing are you guys sleeping from last 7 months and on of sudden you guys wake up and sending me a transaction reciept to pay the amount of 130 this is totally fraud and untollerable this kind of services i havnt expect from axis bank i am using this bank from last 3 years but unfortunately now i will close my account with this bank just because of there fake commitments and frauds Piyush kapoor [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
