Axis Bank — due to credit card payments axis bank kept my salary account in lean

[protected], suddenly bank behaving like vultures, i hold two credit cards which are interlinked with this account, in this covid we missed minimum payments of credit cards, showing this as a reason axis bank kept my account in lean, i paid minimum balance of credit cards then also they are asking me to pay full credit card amount to get rid lean account and remove block on using credit credit,
if i ask CUSTOMER care what is this why u guys still hold my account my cards after paying minimum balance, they are saying RBI guidelines all the ###
please take my request seriously and please solve these issues,
