[Resolved]  Axis Bank — ECPP plan cancellation:no refund provided

Ecpp plan was activated on my card without my permission and charge of 1699 was spent on my credit card. When i submit complaint after 2 month i was informed that my request has been cancelled already and refund is also processed on 8th april but i didn't get any refund. 1699 is not a small amount. And again without resolving complaint it's status is changed as resolved.
Will i get my refund please i am requesting u this is really troublemaker
